Best place for T/C Hawken parts

Recommended Posts

My uncle gave me an old T/C Hawken that he built from a kit in '77. I need a few lock parts. I've never ordered from Dixie Gun Works and was wondering if they are good to order from. Or some other place.

Dixie are good, Track of the Wolf are better. If you know exactly what you're needing, Ebay is best.

What do you actually need? I have a few old locks & parts lying around that I've bought to cannibalize in the past. I may be able to help.

Dixie Gun Works is good to go. Better yet, take a day and drive over there and see it in person. It’s a worthwhile trip. Make sure you go in their museum while you are there.

It's been awhile since I posted on this but, I'm not really sure what I need. I need to put the lock back in and see what it will do. Thanks

Might do well to look at a schematic for the missing parts. There are some entire locks floating around from guns that have been parted out. I've got an entire lock around here some place. Get an ad out for T/C parts. Some of those parts places are poster children for rip-offs.
