So my brother in law makes axes....

...Long story short, I get these two jewels for my birthday. I need some display ideas for them. I intend to make leather sheaths for them as they are built for service and razor sharp. One handle is walnut, and I am unsure of the other handle material.

Nice looking axes. I like the blade profile on the walnut.  Nice board with some pegs in it kind of like the pic but with 4 and nicer. Face the blades out. If you have little ones to worry a out, a leather strip could hook between the pegs to hold them on.

Very cool, congrats!!!

Get ya a piece of oak round, 2 to 4 inches thick, put the edge into the round for display. This is ash and much thicker than you need.
