Hey ya’ll, I personally love the MK IV competition pistol but I was wondering what is the point of it? It cant be used for USPSA or any IDPA Divisions as far as I am aware. So what competitions can you use a 22lr pistol in?

Yup. The rimfire bullseye competitions. Plus, it’s just a fun and accurate gun to plink with.

Rimfire Steel Challenge.

Yep, Steel Challenge has a rimfire division which is quite popular. Basically, its a speed game with steel plates. I've thought about looking into it. But at my age and condition, I'm afraid the speed won't be much.  🙄

My favorite small game gun is a .22lr target pistol.

And they're great for learning/ checking/ brushing up/ reinforcing your fundamentals. When shooting a .22 I generally know if and what I've done wrong before the gun goes off.
