I find neck gaiters to be the most comfortable face covering. I’ve got four different ones right now that I rotate through. It helps cut down on odors and what not from a dirty face covering. Always having the same one and not washing it is just bad hygiene. 

Don't be surprised to find those getting forbidden. The healthcare powers that be say that gaiters are ineffective.

We used to be able to wear gaiters, bandanas tied around our necks like old West bandits, cloth masks with ear elastic loops. No more just disposeable masks now. I wonder how many of these dang things are in land fills?

I just really don't understand the mask thing. There's some data to indicate it's a plausible deterrent. Is it so difficult to just wear one when you have to be around strangers? The stupidity of this partisan rift in the middle of a real global disease event is just beyond my comprehension.

To be clear, I posted that to pick fun at all the people who feel their rights are somehow being violated by wearing a mask. I agree with you. People are selfish. That's really what it boils down to.

We want you to wear a mask because you might be a carrier - even though there's no evidence that you actually have the disease.

You do realize that the same "logic" is applied to gun-control, right?

We want to take your guns away because you might use it on someone - even though there no evidence that you will.

Also, I see so many people either not wearing the mask properly or it simply doesn't fit their face well enough to make the act completely useless.

I don't think the masks work all that well. I've had mine on at work and when one of the curing ovens gets some filter paper hot, you can smell it. I would imagine China virus could get through too. Like the guy said, if a fart can get through underwear and pants........
