Whatever resistance to a government edict will be handled quite easily there, just as it will here when the time comes.

Speak for yourself bub. When confiscators start getting killed, the others will start thinking illegal laws ain't worth dying over.

Haven't heard of any confiscators being killed in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York or any other state that has made certain firearms illegal so far.  Makes me think, there is going to be a lot of grumbling and compliance when it comes right down to brass tacks.

Correct. Talk of killing cops is ridiculous. Cops aren’t worried about that anyway, if they were they couldn’t do the job, and in most jurisdictions they won’t be going door to door collecting guns. Although Beto says that is want he wants to do. They will generally make arrests as they come upon them. Traffic stops, domestic violence calls, burglaries, etc., are all typical examples of where anything that is illegal becomes an issue.

They're not going door to door, kicking them in and taking firearms either. Besides, local LEO has more important things to worry about, like keeping the peace. Check the compliance rates for the states you mentioned, around 5% or less for turning in what the worthless maggots in charge thinks their subjects shouldn't be allowed to own.

When I say confiscators, I'm referring to Federal alphabet soup types who have no local ties. Then again, idiots like holder and his minions @ doj couldn't even keep tabs on illegal purchased firearms destined for the cartels in mexico during fast & furious.

The number of states with "constitution carry" have been steadily increasing these past few years, just as "shall-issue" laws did in the recent past.  Thoughts on that for Tennessee?

Already in the works, but likely won’t happen for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19. But it’s already long past the “gauging interest” phase.
