EMails being returned?

I'm unable to access the board, keeps telling me my eMail is no-good:

 

Your current email address is no longer accepting email, please enter your new email address to continue.

What that means is that your ISP, Comcast, is rejecting every piece of email we send.  Do you have another email account to use?   If not, you'll need to set one up with someone like GMail.

I spotted your account in the bad email folder again so I moved it back out.  That probably restored the access you needed.  As far as you getting the email again, that's a positive sign and suggests we are able to get email back to you.

How long were you out of commission?  I want to make sure to edit your Benefactor end date accordingly to give you time back.

Errrr... looks like I posted the 'help' message on April 28th, so... well, it was a little before that, but no worries. This is a cause I like to support.

FWIW, I'm not receiving eMails at my host (kmcdona1    (at Symbol)   comcast.net) updating about replies, etc., rather I saw the notification icons in top-right corner. I would still come by and browse as a guest w/o logging in, but wasn't able to participate... that being said, I'm OK if I don't get emails, I'll just check back in on conversations I'm interested in.

Ya know, now that I think about it...

There's another chat board I'm on, Worldwidebeekeeping.com, and I also do not receive eMails from their site. Even on conversations I'm following/subscribed to. Dunno if that matters? Or does it point more to the ISP bouncing everything (oddly, I get emails from employer and job hunting sites all the time, just chat boards I don't get?)

Comcast is practically guaranteed not to work with our site.  I've started blocking people's ability to register with it because of that.  :(

I am mortified that you haven't been able to use the site since nearly May.  I'll be editing your Benefactor account to fix that.

I've been using Comcast since we moved here in April. Comcast is absolutely horrible though. 2/10 do not recommend.

To be clear, folks on Comcast service can definitely register and use TGO, but they need to use some other email provider.  :)
