Is pulling your boat to the lake, non-essential??

Hey guys, this is what happens when you have too much time on your hands. Do you think that pulling your boat to the lake is non-essential. Really will the LEO think it is non-essential?

Yep, outdoors on a lake is about as ideal as you can get in terms of social distancing.

Have a big time.

Does that mean they are NOT closing shooting ranges as previously announced?

Looks like unmanned ranges are not closed.

Well technically there's no Marshall law. So watts they gonna do...

Correct, the Marshalls can’t do anything. And… it isn’t Martial Law either, so until it is the LEO’s can’t do anything either.

We could argue a Marshall Plan will be needed to rebuild...

I got the same email yesterday, now if the weather would cooperate.  I'm really tired of being inside the house, we've had crappy weather for the most part in 2020.

That is my exact plan next week.

I've got a boat, but the RARE days of sunshine we get get are usually just for part of the day, so I head to the gun range for a couple hours, and to get out of the house.

I did get "out of the house" yesterday, washed 2 vehicles, got one waxed, the other one gets waxed today.  I was "out" in the garage so it was a different environment for a while.

Any bets on another drought this July/August/Sept time frame????

I got the other vehicle waxed today, then mowed the yard, so I've been "out of the house" for the majority of 2 days, it sure helps the mind, even if I'm doing something productive for a change.  LOL

Okay it's been 2 weeks since I started this thread, with all the suggested stay at home regulations, how does this change your answers? I mean is the gestapo going to stop you and ask for your travel papers??

I have a huge hack berry in the back yard. One of the limbs, about 2' dia. broke off, and on the ground. Gonna be quite a while getting this monster cleaned up.

Apparently, social distancing, means no one offers to help, LOL. So I guess I'm good to go.

Nobody is going to look at you twice. Unless they're wishing that they were heading out to go fishing, too.

With the kids at home, the wife trying to teach from home, and running a small business - it's been too crazy to get out there.

But, the water is warming up and the spawn is coming on.  I'll be out there in a week or two.

I've seen a boat being pulled in my area almost everytime I get out going to the store.  I'm thinking I will find out tomorrow if the weather holds.

Boat props spread Coronavirus. They send it into the air and back into the boat. It’s extremely dangerous; be very careful.

I'll wear a scuba mask then.  LOL

Apparently other fishermen (people ??) didn't get that memo, drove to 2 different boat ramps today, parking lots were half full at one, and maybe 10 max at the other.
