To Cap: It looks rather generic compared to my other ARs, but i bet it will be more accurate. It wil be fun shooting irons for a while.

Oh i just realized, some may not know what EE is. EE is the equipment exchange on AR15.com.

I really got away from that generic M16 look for a while. It just wasn't appealing to me anymore. Until you posted that picture. Now I really want to do an A2 build similar. Loving the look.

That is big bore greatness! I'm feeling warm and fuzzy just looking at the pic :D

I'm pretty tickled. Got some serious load development ahead of me. I have all the stuff for that. Just have to throw some hours into it. I may pack up and head somewhere so I can do it on private land.

I've been thinking the same thing.

Is the ammo in the pic bought from SBR?

No. Bullets and brass from Midway... powder and primers from Bass Pro. I have some SBR ammo. They're mighty proud of it.

Yeah, I'm sitting on a stack of them at this point. I got a deal on the translucent ones a while back. Those big rounds look pretty ominous in there!

Still debating if I should put the half moons in them. They unload pretty easily as is with uncrimped rounds. I'll probably wind up crimping mine once i get rolling.

I put a Noveske PIG while I wait for the suppressor. If 300gr rounds are somehow lacking in "bite", the pig sure makes up for it in "bark".
