Pissed off, crazy or probably both. Doesn't really matter. Its the gun and EVIL SILENCER that'll get blamed.

People that go into their workplace to kill people, know that they will either be killed or spend the rest of their lives in prison.

Even if you don’t have any religious beliefs; you have to be really messed up mentally to give up your life over being fired from a job.

Once again mental health is the cause.

And I would assume that once again lives were lost because of the time it took for the 2nd gun to arrive on the scene.

How much you want to bet that the "silenced" weapon wasn't really silenced?

Obviously this guy had a slow burn happening. You don't just randomly get fired and flipped out. Bet there were warning signs for a while now.

I heard on one news clip that the brewery was undergoing a "restructuring", and 400 jobs would be eliminated sometime in the near future. He may have been in the first wave under the RIF.

If I recall Coors was moving its corporate offices from golden Colorado to Chicago and was going to lay off 400+ employees, I think they gave the employees the option to relocate. I toured the Coors plant last year and that was the talk of the town.

Praying for the families affected. It must have been a pistol or some other "gun" as they didn't mention an assault rifle. First time I have heard a silenced gun being used. I would like to know if in fact it was and if it was a legal or homemade device.

The Virginia Beach shooter did, also a workplace shooting. You can read here both sides make their arguments whether it was a factor. But with legislation pending (maybe??, I don’t know what happened to it) to remove suppressors from the NFA, you can bet the anti-gun lobby will jump on it anytime one is used.

Common sense would need to be applied to this issue.

I checked today's internet story on the shooting. No mention of a suppressor or any weapon at all.  You'd think that if a suppressor was used that the antis would be screaming by now.

Or maybe a pissed off killer who's already dead and only 5 killed just isn't that newsworthy anymore. This story doesn't seem to be getting the nationwide mass coverage other shootings have gotten.  Hell, more people get killed on an average weekend in Chicago.

Read a story on the internet out of Milwaukee. The usual he was a good man and fine neighbor stuff.  But what caught my attention is that they went out of their way to mention "He liked to make guns from mail order parts." I wonder where they're trying to go with that?

They also alluded to him being paranoid as he told neighbors that company "spies" were watching him after he made an on the job injury claim.

One news clip stated he had a on-going feud with a co-worker, but that was all the clip said.  I read on another firearm forum the shooter had 2 hand guns, one with a silencer, but no other details.  Since it was not a AR style firearm, it's not as news worthy, handguns are common place now with HCP's, etc.
