Sig 556r 7.62 x39. having issues running Wolf Ammo. Occassionaly will have a light primer strike. Anyone have experience with this issue?

great rifle1 try changing ammo? ive run cruddy ammo through mine w zero issues, might wanna make sure shes clean, then try diff ammo. We ran over 1000 rounds through it in a test w a can mounted on it, started to jam @ the 900 mark,,, hope this helps

Plenty of complaints on the internet about this. From what I read I would try:

upgrading firing pin, titanium one perhaps

make sure firing pin is not gummed up and moves easily

aftermarket trigger

Different ammo always good to try for troubleshooting.

Contact Sig and see if they will "make it right"...hopefully they wont give you some brass ammo only BS since no one buys a 7.62x39 to use high dollar ammo which they fully knew when they brought that gun to market....I know they went above and beyond for one of our fellow members on their p238.
