This thing has been discussed on several different forums. I don't remember the question of legality ever coming up. The general consensus seems to be that its just ugly, stupid and useless. I tend to agree.

Since it’s got more than one barrel, it falls under the definition of “volley fire” instead of a machine gun.  

While I’m a generally supportive of projects like this - just for fun from an engineering standpoint - I question whether poking the ATF with a stick is a good idea in our current climate.

Yes...I'm the oddball. I like it. More likely an outdoor shooting toy than anything else.

But I like it. They hove some other interesting products as well. Good looking Single Action pistols and 1911s.

Still though, I like it.
