Premium Membership Payment won’t Process

I read the other thread about reasons why this could be but, I paid through PayPal using my credit card and the charge on my credit card processed Dec 3rd. Order was placed Nov 30th. Any help would be appreciated.

Updated...

I found the transaction in PayPal and returned it to you via a refund as I'm not sure why it didn't post to the forum.  I am checking on the reasons behind the scenes now.

If you want to try again, feel free to do so.  Respond in this thread if you're still not able to make it work.

Another update...

We've been running version 4.4.9 of the forum software since November 26th, but apparently the company released a newer copy of 4.4.9 on December 2nd and did not send any news to their customers about its existence or what had changed.

I heard from another customer of theirs that the updated copy included some fixes related to PayPal transactions.  Those rat bastards. 😡

 

I have since installed that new copy of the software.  Let's see if it behaves any better.

Thank you!  I'm going to extend your purchase by another 6-months for the hassle AND the fact that you reporting this helped me correct the same issue for a bunch of folks who hadn't even noticed it yet.
