I am glad you brought that up because I lost track of this issue. Did it go into effect in Jan? There was some talk that Obama would reverse Bush's new administrative rule on allowing carry in National Parks... I can't find any updated info on it....

Rule is currently in effect as of Jan. 9.

It was not a rule that O could immediately reverse with Presidential Order. It would have to go through the same rather lengthy rules process again, and there's been no indication that this process has been instigated.

It is a rule change by the Department of Interior. So they would have to go through the same lengthy process of seeking public input, etc to change it back as I understand it.
