nice...too bad they only put on 1/2 a safety :-)

What's one of those run a fella...and would it be possible to get it ambi'ed

I run all my 1911s with single sided safeties.

Its a matter of personal choice, and yes, the SF can built with an ambi.

MSRP on these is 2400.00 bucks or so, but we sell them for less :hat:

That's because you shoot with the wrong hand:)

Now you've gone and got me all interested in (another) 1911...Your ears will be burning once my wife finds out.

Range report

Well I picked it up today and all that is needed to say is holy crap this makes my MK23 look like a POS.

It fells great in my hands, like it was made just for me.

There is very little recoil, I was back on target before I knew it.

I have never been good at shooting pistols but with this 1911 I was able to keep all rounds on a 6x6 inch target.

The trigger is sweet, breaks like glass.

The chainlink holds you very well and there is no slip at all. The grips are nice and don't hurt your hands at all. I felt like I could shoot it all day.

When I have more money I'm going to pick up a Special Forces Carry for a new EDC.

Easy, tiger. It was a joke. I know you can shoot from the Nov. shooting contest.
