Well, he does have the rear sight flipped up. So he does have usable sights. No idea why that EOTech is backwards, but I won't be calling him an idiot just yet.

That article is from 2013. It makes the rounds every now and again, but is always good for a laugh.

Probably NOT the claim to fame that he wished to have. :)

I would imagine not.

And how many other people looked at that and said nothing? I think the whole team should be famous, not just the one guy. (And I'm hoping it was just on backwards that day, what with the quick-detatch and all...)

There's a whole lot of WTF going on there.

The rear hatch on that Humvee is opened and both cops are pointing their guns at the windshield.

That laser is a joke and at least he has the grip pod installed correctly

For those of you that have an EOTech, what exactly do/can you see looking through it backwards?

You don't see anything. Just a clear glass window. Maybe that's the point. Use the iron sights, but keep the EOTech mounted so you don't lose it?

 That’s the story I would stick with.

I put a red dot on a firearm backward once to take pictures for a sale. I didn’t pay any attention or even look through it. Someone emailed me “your sight is on backwards” might have been on here. :slap:

I don't know.

My guess is that since it seems cold in the photo...the EOTech stopped working. That prompted...him to reverse and it use BUIS?

Why would cold be an issue for the laser beams inside?
