Hey everyone!! I live in Tipton County and I'm looking for a lease or club somewhat close by. I normally go with my g/f's dad to his but last year i got a nice 8pt opening weekend and had to hunt chickasaw WMA the rest of the year. Their only allowed one guest deer on the club. Does anyone know of anything available or upcoming? Thanks in advance.

I wish I knew of a place. I'm looking too. I assume by your avatar picture you use a four wheeler? Most places/clubs around here doesn't allow them.

well the one club I hunt on around here you practically have to. That is unless you want to walk the mile or so to the stand. The WMA's do not allow it though.

Yes, you are right. It hurts me because of my knee and hip. Makes it difficult to hunt sometimes. I am really trying hard to find some land, but it is hard to come by.

Actually check the commercial Appeal. online..the memphis paper...there was an ad for something like 350 acres for lease for $1000 per person, or if a whole group wanted to lease $6000 for the whole lease....I think it was in mcnairy county...

Just trying to help.. GOOD LUCK

Interesting, wonder if it says where at in Mcnairy County. I personally hunt in Mcnairy County or at least near the edge bordering Hardeman. They have good and plentiful game out there. According to the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency's report, Hardeman county recorded having the most deer harvest as usual. But the recorded harvest in Mcnairy county isn't that far behind.

Yup, two of those bucks in Hardeman county were mine....:D

:tough:. A couple of those bucks are also mine. The closest check in station from my hunting spot is indeed in Hardeman County.

WOW $17 per acre for a lease in Tennessee? We pay $10 per acre in Kentucky and I thought that was high. Is that the going rate in west Tennessee? Here in South East Tennessee I expect about $5-$7 per acre. This site has leases but not any in Tennessee http://www.basecampleasing.com/ has leases in other states.
