It's just games with numbers. There's lies, damn lies, and statistics.  

Normalizing the body count by total population changes the appearance considerably.  I'm not saying that's not a reasonable thing to do, just that it's a simple manipulation of the numbers that helps support a narrative. 

If you convert the data they give to body count, the US ranks 1st and Albania last. But note that doing so results in numbers that don't pass the sniff test, so I don't believe any of it.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter. With any of the progressive agenda items (i.e. climate change, physiology/biology, gun control, etc.,) facts and statistics are irrelevant, especially if they don't sync with their narrative. Too often, it's a case of "I believe what I want to believe, don't confuse me with truth or facts." Ed
