What in the 'Cali-compliment, parts bin, 6 beer, lost youth' hell am I seeing here??

There are VERY few firearms that are aesthetically unpleasant, but this one takes the cake, flips off the baker, slams the door & flicks a match into the damn bakery! Jesus!

I like it not for the novelty or actual usefulness, but for the ingenuity. He even says it is pretty much a "can I make it work" project.

Gonna take some big hands to work that lever action, even just to grip it, but then where or how do you grip it with the lever/thumbhole/slight suggestion of a pistol grip set up.

Maybe I was seeing things but I happened to have watched a short seen of a pair of cowboys campin up in the mountains. Dang if that gun thing wasn't sticking out of a saddle scabbard where those boys were camped.........

I think the movie was Broken Mountain or some such ......thing. Red Ride-ar?  Yeah they were riding something all right.........
