How 'bout some baked skunk??🤪

Depends. Was it baked in an oven or on the side of the road? I’m serious. I’ll try pretty much any critter that has meat.

I mean, hell, have you ever seen a live shrimp before? Who was the first person who looked at that and decided that it might be tasty? 😆 Humans are omnivores and pretty much the very first thought we could have was probably along the line of “that looks interesting, I wonder if I can eat it?”

If you have never seen a groundhog after it is cleaned and ready to cook you would be very surprised at how clean the meat is and , very little fat and bright red and their hide after skinned is white as snow. I have ate them most of my life growing up and most of them were corn fed and harvested from corn fields or fence rows in corn fields.

A person that won't eat ground hog has never really been hungry because they would find ground hog a wonderful meal. Groundhog in an oven surrounded with Potatoes carrots and maybe a few slices of onion slow cooked is a delicacy fit for a king...……… They are also great slow cooked in a  smoker wrapped in foil with an assortment of veggies and spices!!!!

I've had groundhog baked in oven with onions and black pepper. I had a neighbor when I was growing up that would cook them in oven with barbecue sauce. Yum!

Definitely in the oven if that's your choice, but I'm not willing to try that by any means of the imagination.   Granted, if you are hungry enough, lots of things look appealing, but I've never been that hungry and hopefully never will.

Are you saying that groundhogs are as smart as dolphins because @DaveTN hasn't caught either in his trap yet?

The elusive mountain dolphin, they prey on the panthers.

Surprised a raccoon was trapped before the groundhog, they don't appear especially wiley.

I'm not sure why, but I can't stop chuckling...

Those poor panthers never even know what humped them...

I don’t know what you’re talking about. You don’t have any evidence and can’t prove anything.
