It also might be a good idea to have people coming in town at the same time, to meet somewhere and follow someone in.

Although, the convoluted directions (as well as Mapquest) will get you well within range......

depending on how i get there i might camp but either way even if i dont i have tricia to drive.

i just wanted to make sure that i didnt offend you or disrespect you in anyway because you are gracious enough to host these events and so it is your choice whether or not you allow it on your property.

The newer Garmins will actually take you right to the big long drive before his house FWIW. My nuvi 750 got me within 5mins.

YAY, I am going, I have purposefully kept my calendar clear while the others I attempted to recruit have, how you say, crapped out. I got one more guy that might come. I will be attempting to use my GPS to find it... if I get lost I will call you Mark. Bringing a slew of my babies AK, M44, pistols etc etc, and still working on the surprise we will have to see. I may bring a scope that I have for sale. Anything else that I should bring?

P.S. - Who wants to donate to my Gun Geek is low on ammo cause?

Do you have already have a laptop? Cause if you do check this out, this is what I have or at least something similar. Hooks up via USB to your laptop, can view on a much bigger screen than the automotive GPS things. Plus if you already have a laptop it ends up cheaper and updates are easier. I built a special mount in my truck for my baby laptop (netbook)

Sadly........my job in Ohio took a turn for the worse today. Its not looking good to make it on Saturday. If not, and its ok with you Mark, I may drive up on Sunday to pick up the reloading supplies. Until then, I'm still prayin' for a miracle......

Ok I will be coming up on Saturday morning. Most likely with my spouse and child. I might have to leave for a little while as we have opted for a hotel rather than camping due to the cold nights. For those of you that want a little treat with a new product, I am bringing something special. I will bring some ammo ( about 200 rds maybe ) for people to shoot it. But if people bring some extra .223/5.56 it will be able to be shot some more.

I have a truck load of liquor due at the warehouse sometime Friday. Depending on when it shows will determine whether or not I can come up Friday or not. If the truck shows late in the afternoon I will wait and come up Saturday morning.

Either way I am looking forward to the shoot. The weather is looking favorable.
