Can’t renew benefactor

I tried following the March thread but had no success. I must be missing something. No hurry.

Is this thread helpful?  I had what may be a similar issue.  In the end it had to do with how you have to select to renew.

You've got four old renewal invoices in your account.  I'll cancel all of them and you can just buy a new one, but this may happen to you again whenever it expires.  At least it'll be less confusing when that time comes as there will only be one of them.

I tried a few times over a year or so to get mine renewed too, and I finally just got it this time

I couldn't renew either, but it let me do a year instead of 6 months. About a month later it hit my account for a 6 month membership. Now I guess I have a 1 year and 6 month benefactor membership. Benefactor■ed. LOL

It shouldn't have done that.  Do you want one of those refunded?

HA!  I appreciate that.  It's really not how the cart system is supposed to work, though.  If you change your mind, it's no big deal at all.  I'm glad to return that to you.  Just let me know.
