I wear my HCP badge on a leather flip-wallet around my neck with my HCP inside it. That way in an emergency at the mall I can flip it open so that everyone knows how cool I am while I take care of the situation.

Kidding of course. I carry it in my regular wallet in the same slot with my DL. I find it handy to have DL, HCP and Vehicle insurance all together because if I need one, I will more than likely need either of the other two as well.

hahahaha, you too?

Under my DL upside down so it doesn't advertise on the rare occasions when I remove my DL.

GREAT IDEA. I believe I am going to use this one.

I keep mine behind my DL as well.

Here's the interesting part: I'm in my mid-twenties and I don't look particularly young (everyone close to me seems to agree that I don't look like a teenager). However, on three separate occasions I've bee asked about "that other ID in my wallet". These people have seen my HCP and assumed that I have given them a fake ID and that my HCP must be the real one. During one of these incidents a lady refused to sell me the six pack of beer unless I showed her the other ID. I just laughed and told her if it made her feel better she could see it. She took a long hard look at both my IDs and then very reluctantly sold me my beer. I thought the whole thing was pretty absurd.

Has that happened to any of you other strapping young CCWers?
