Do fingerprint cards expire

I have an old set (6 months) that I'd like to use on a Form 1 build. They do have the correct current ATF address. Do these things have a 'use by' date? I'd hate to have to go to the end of the line because I'm too lazy to make another set.

If you mean the cards themselves, as long as the ORI address is the same, then they will be alright.

Now, if the cards already have fingerprints, and have been signed and dated, then I do not know for sure. CLEO signatures are good for a year, and they want photographs made within 6 months of application. I can't find anything about fingerprint cards. If they are only 6 months old, I don't see any reason why you could not use them. The worst thing that can happen is the examiner would have you send in a fresh set.

They don't expire as long as they are the correct "series" for the type of transfer.
