Coloring a lower

Im looking to add some pizzaz to a psa lower I got and would like some pointers. I want to use green, yellow and red paint on it. Whats the best way to go about this project?

What do you want to paint?  Highlight the lettering, or add a design of some sort?

I wish I knew someone who anodized and had a few uncoated lower and upper pairs.

Sorry, I should have been a bit more specific, I want to color in the letters and the emblem on the lower. This is the lower I got.

Some Testor’s model paints should do the trick.  If you want something temporary just to try out your scheme get a box of crayons and fill in the areas, firmly, with wax.

I used Testor's for my SBR lower to have the cool bullet symbols for safe and fire filled in, and it's good to go.
