Another PDO refugee...

I am Eddie - a.k.a molonlabetn. Great site! I spend quite a bit of time on Packing.org, and OpenCarry.org (under the same pseudonym). This looks like a neat forum, I like it already, seeing that there are several folks close by.

I reside in Coffee County, and the ranges which I frequent are On-Target in the 'boro, and Viola Valley (haven't been there lately due to cold weather).

I carry either one of several XDs, a Sig P239, or SA 1911. Have a CAR-15A2 and a M590A1 along with a few other mundane 'range' guns. I stick to Blackhawk SERPA and Don Hume leather holsters.

Next purchase will be a Walther P99as or a Remington 700 SPS .223.

I just got married to a lovely red-head this past November, and will be buying a house with her later this year... I plan to invest myself into some reloading equipment at that time (which I don't have space for now), so that I can shoot more.

Enough about me... It's a pleasure to be here, and intriguing to wonder if I know anyone here already. I'll be around.

I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the Franklin Co. reserve deputies when visiting the Top-Cop/Hero-Gear shop to check out their inventory, before it moved from Tullahoma to Winchester... I ought to go find out if they've re-opened yet. I'd bet you know Joe L. and those guys... Have you heard what the status of their new location is? They seemed pretty straight-up, I wouldn't mind patronizing a local business for a change.

I know Joe and Dan very well. They are all set up and doing good. They've actually got a pretty good inventory of guns, holsters, clothes, etc. now. Their shop is located a couple blocks off the square in Winchester. It's angled across the street from the Food Lion.

Hey hey! You're every where...

I've been trying to decide which board to message you on for an invite, I'll be at On-Target in the 'boro tomorrow (1/26, Saturday). Likely will get there around 1:30-2:00pm. My sister's boyfriend is new to handguns, and I'm meeting him up there to shoot the pistol which he recently aquired (SA XD-40); I also want to blow the dust out of my P239, which hasn't been to the range with me for the last 3 trips...

Anyone else in the area is welcome to join us for a meet & greet, of course. I like to grab a sandwich at Quizno's afterwards, usually... Depends on if my wife is done shopping by then and wants me to take her somewhere.

I'll try to check this thread again in the morning.

I've got some 223 that I'd like to burn off and about 200 rds of 45acp. Who knows, we might try to make it to On Target today and may see you there. Too early to say for sure right now as the day's just getting started.
