Cute?? lol I have a couple of PSA builds with stainless barrels, not fluted. Not sold exclusively either way on them, but flashier than the bleak black finish anyway.

Keep toying with the gray/blue look on one.

I just bought one of these. Will probably stick it on one of my rifles this week...

I was going to ask you if you’d used BA barrels. I have the 18” Hanson on my coyote rifle and it’s a very accurate shooter!

My next one will the the Hanson 12.3 barrel.

I just stumbled across them. The premium barrels are pretty cool.

OK... so it turns out that the window licker that assembled the barrel assembly headspaced the damn thing wrong. The gun made it to West Tennessee and wouldn't go into battery. Taught me two things.

1. Never assemble an AR without checking headspace, cause there really are people dumb enough to feck that up these days.

2. Never ever again buy an AR Stoner barrel, cause we know where at least one of said dumbasses works.

The gun is now wearing my second Ballistics Advantage Premium barrel, and the headspace is fine. The Stoner barrel is in UPS, headed back to the dumbass.

Wow that’s crazy. If it was a $30 barrel I’d be more inclined to be worried but I guess it’s a good lesson since it could technically happen with other brands as well. Although the higher end barrels should have a much lower chance of it happening.

Glad you were able to get him going again. Wonder what they’ll say about this slipping through QC?

I have built a lot of these things. First headspace problem I have seen. I have a set of Forster gages now. I'll check every one going forward.

They didn't have time to talk to me.
