Hey gang

Am mounting a 30mm 1-6 /24 scope, into a warne single piece lower mount, w 4 fasteners in each of 2 yokes.Mfg of scope doesn't list any torque values (Sig) Using a wheeler torque wrench, am at 20 in lbs, could go tighter, but figured i would post here to see what y'all think. This isnt mounted on a chuck norris baseball bat/chinese fighting shovel  style rifle, but its not a safe queen either, just want to find a good torque value and reason behind it besides it just works, Thanks in advance!

Their website states 25 in/lbs in FAQ area and on the torque tool that they sell is set to break at 25 in/lbs too.  Not sure if that helps?
