I'd say that they're all a heck of an accomplishment at that distance, too.

Wow, lucky or not, it's still an amazing shot!  Correct me if I'm wrong, but 4 ft target at over 6000 yards equals 1/15th of a minute of angle.  And 17 seconds for the sound of the strike to be heard!

If my calculations are correct (CAD actually), that’s over 3000 FEET of bullet drop.

I don’t care what kind of scope they had, seeing that target at 3.4 miles had to almost impossible.

Impressive to us gun geeks, but of no practical use, other than maybe bar room bets.
