The Proposal Writer will work closely with our business development personnel to develop timely, high-quality, and competitive proposals. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Services and Contract Management, the candidate needs to be enthusiastic, outgoing, working both independently and collaboratively with marketing and technical team members. The ideal candidate must also be an efficient, organized, and a self-starter that can manage simultaneous, deadline-driven projects. A Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related technical discipline is required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing.

Part-Time Customer Service Specialist - ARNG – We have 4 positions available. Work from home position, 20 hours per week. Mac experience is preferred. Must have a quiet area or office space to work. High School diploma or GED is required. Demonstrated sales, call center, customer service and/or recruiting experience preferred. Honorable military experience a plus. Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Full-Time Customer Service Specialist - Navy - Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week Monday – Saturday (some evenings until 11:00pm). High School diploma or GED is required. Demonstrated sales, call center, customer service and/or recruiting experience preferred. Prior service in the Navy or Navy recruiting experience is highly desired.

Project Manager - Bachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field is ideal. At least 3 years of direct project management experience within an advertising agency/client environment with 1 year of interactive project management experience from inception to production (print and digital). Workamajig experience a plus.

Proofreader - Proof new and existing copy for client magazines, catalogs, websites, email campaigns, technical design documents and other marketing communications for grammar, spelling, coherence and style consistency (against AP Stylebook and internal style guides). Bachelors in journalism or related field. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated proofreading experience in a fast-paced environment.

The Web-Based Development Project Manager coordinates across internal and external stakeholders in order to lead development projects to completion. This person manages all projects from start to finish (full SDLC) while mindful of the business requirements, budget constraints and best practices. B.A. or B.S. in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field. 3+ years of direct project management experience within an advertising agency/client environment. Experience administering marketing automation software, JIRA, and Confluence knowledge preferred.

The Data Engineer will be responsible to create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture, assemble large, complex data sets, identify, design, and implement internal process improvements. Requires at least 2 years of experience with Python, Scala, Java, or another object-oriented programming language, Hadoop ecosystem, MySQL, Redshift, Aurora, and PostgreSQL.

The Software QA Engineer leads comprehensive software testing initiatives, undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized product knowledge, and make well-thought-out decisions on ambiguous quality issues. There is client exposure and company asset liability. This role will ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved for implementation/conversion. Must have at least 3 years of Software QA and JIRA experience as well as query development and creating/executing test scenarios.

The first. We picked up several new federal contracts this year. And fortunately for anyone who gets a job, they won't be working for me... at least not directly. I have much more competent leadership in place now.
