That's got to be a pretty darn sturdy barrel/gun. Speaks well of Hi-Point's customer service as well.

That guy couldn't have tried any harder to blow that gun up.

Yeah, doesn't make any sense that that would happen with full power loads.

Hard to believe there's 35 bullets in the Bbl let alone any full power loads were shot.

Full power , something would have failed in a big way.

 

Again, JMHO.

Probably reloads.

When that happened to me, the bullet would stick really close to the chamber and the next round wouldn't feed.  But a HiPoint could have a looser tolerance.  No way those rounds had much, if any, powder.  

The customer's complaint was "accuracy issues".  He couldn't get on paper at any distance.

That happen to me shooting FA on a M11 I owned, I purchased a 22cal conversion kit and before I realized what happen it blew off the extractor, it only stacked up 15-20rds, if it went a split second longer I think I would have experienced a out of battery kaboom.
