I don't know how much truth there is to this. But when I bought this pistol, I was told that the person that invented the Glock, dropped it out of an airplane and it shot fine. To be able to sell his idea, that was the durability test. Has anyone ever heard of that story before?

It wasn't Glock who did the torture test. It was a private individual. He did an unbelievable amount of things to a Glock 21 and it survived.... Including throwing it out of an airplane, shooting at it, and dragging it behind a car. It is one of the more famous of the Glock torture tests ever done.

Yeah, I don’t have any Glocks, and I’m cool with keeping it that way. I get that there is more available for the Glock, but the M&P is my platform of choice.

They'd match your Chucks very, very well.

Buy new or different or improve what you got.

Stock Glocks run, improved Glocks need testing, just like any improved firearm.

100% increase over the initial investment may seem crazy, but that's what 2 and soon 3 of my CZs will represent.

Being thrifty, I like the option of improve what you got.
