NickinTN I held that on a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with the look and field. Glad it went home with you.

I purchased a new Evo CDP today (5/13). I love the fit and finish of this pistol. I took it apart for oiling and will say getting the slide stop pin back in was a challenge. But overall same Kimber quality as my Micro 9’s (Raptor and Black) Going to the range 5/15 and I’ll return with a report!

50 rounds of JHP this afternoon, ran like a champ. Mags loaded up and it goes into the rotation

Can you tell me what brands ammo/grains you used? Thanks!

Took my Kimber EVO CDP to the range today, shot 150 rounds American Eagle 124 then 115 grain and happy to report it performed flawlessly. Before going to the range I took her apart and applied liberal amount of oil. I have small hands so it felt a bit snappy but nothing unmanageable and I definitely will need much more practice with the Evo to improve my accuracy. So, if you’re contemplating an Evo purchase, I say go for it!
