When it raises up off the grill at the 1 min. mark it looks like the under side has been split.  The only times I've had it is after it's already been cooked so I'm not sure of the cleaning process.

Subtext during the vid says they skinned and gutted it.  When skinned correctly, the guts get pulled out at the same time.

Didn’t catch that.  Was too mesmerized watching the overall spectacle.

When I was a kid, we were coming off the mountain after a day of work. We ran over a rattler. Threw it in the back of the Bronco. A few miles down the road I mentioned it was still alive and striking. It was surreal.

Do they taste like chicken???

I ran over a snake with a Uhaul truck one time, made a loud pop like a tire blowing out.  Snake didn't move after that .
