We get most of our stuff from either amazon or adafruit.com.  If you are not in a hurry but cost conscious then aliexpress.com is the way to go.  It is cheap but but you are ordering direct from china so it is slow and the occasional order gets lost or has quality issues.

Javanco closed years ago - but was a real treat back in the day if you had time to look around.

The Gulch hasn’t been the same since.

Randolph & Rice closed a few years ago, too.

These days, Adafruit is a lot of fun if you’re learning or wanting to get inspired for a project.

I’m surprised they didn’t have to declare it a Super Fund site after it closed.

There’s no telling how many tons of PCB’s leaked out of some of those old transformers and stuff.

But yeah, if you had time to wander, you’d find about anything you could need or want.

I would suggest a hamfest. They usually have a lot of things like that. Next one I know of is March 2nd in Cave city Ky.

Little bit of a drive, but almost sure to have anything you are looking for.
