It's Chattanooga we ever soooo rarely get snow that is worth a darn. It really stinks I want a snow that's up to my knees

The Clinton Administration installed a heat bubble over Chattanooga to prevent measurable snowfall.Seriously since the blizzard of 93 we have had one really decent snow (in 96 I think) along with a good ice storm that winter as well.It just don't snow in the city here anymore.It goes north,south,east and west but not here.
