I need some advice on what to do next. I bid on an ak type kit on Gun Broker. I won the item, sent a money order via certified mail to a woman in Ft. Worth TX. She got the mo on Dec 29, 2008, I have not received the kit as of Feb 1, 2009. I got an email on Jan 2, 2009 saying the kit would be shipped on Jan 5. After I sent several emails and left phone messages, I got another email on Jan 27 saying the package had been shipped but it was returned. I checked my address on Gun Broker, it is correct. I emailed her my address again and asked for a tracking number, so far no response and no package. Her account has been closed on Gun Broker. What should I do next ? Thanks for any advice.

+1 on filing a claim with USPS if you used a POstal money order. You can ALSO pay about $3 to see who cashed it, and where.
