FWIW, C&E Gun Show ( formerly Goodman ), scheduled for Jan. 19 & 20, 2019, for Lebanon,TN, has been cancelled, according to their website.

No explanation given. Next scheduled event, at this time, is in Sept. 2019.

Was kinda curious as to what their show would bring to the table (pun ).

Don' bother. It is Goodmans last show and put on by Goodmans as per his website

which is now down, unless you are looking for gutter guards,Amish cheese or plastic knife sharpeners. It will be the same show as the last ten. I have never been to a C&E show hope they can revive Lebanon this fall.

LOL, can't argue with that. Hard to tell gun shows from flea markets anymore.

R.K. has a show scheduled for Jan. 26 /27 in the 'boro. Usually slightly better than Goodman, but not by much. Guess I'll try to make that one, haven't been there in a while.

That's a maybe for me. I'd like to go to one again, but that's a long drive for me to pay 10 bucks to be disgusted again.

Little update on C&E. Received an email form Goodman. It said the reason the show ( which was to be Goodman's last ), was due to insurance issue. Didn't go into details.

For whatever reason, all shows in Lebanon have steadily declined in both vendor participation and attendance.  The most recent shows have been downright pitiful.  Only reason I attend is to buy/sell/trade with other individuals.  Otherwise, might as well throw the entry fee cash in a trash can.

IMHO, the ‘Boro show is the only decent show in the mid-state area.  If you go, and if you need ammo, check out the folks from North Georgia Reloading.  I have no connection with them other than buying 223/556/9mm/45acp/30carbine from them over the past 3 or 4 years.  Excellent target ammo and economically bulk priced.  Probably shot 5,000+ various rounds with a FTF rate of maybe 1 or 2 in 1,000.

Happy Shooting & Collecting!!
