Remington V3 Tac-13

Remington has really upped the ante in the rule-defying "firearm" shotgun market with this new semi-auto handful.  This really revs my engine but they are not cheap.

Has anyone seen one in the wild?

How long before the ATF changes their mind on this as well?

It looks great though. My first thought before I noticed the strap was that I'm not sure I could hold on to that beast.

Since criminals chop down barrels are stocks on shotguns every day, I'm glad I can legally have such a set up.

I also see the practical use for transport, concealment, and defensive fire in tight quarters or civil unrest.

If you don't seriously train with it, it's the next best novelty the marketing folks are offering and keyboard operators are buying.

People can either shoot them or not, and you find out which category you're in really quickly.  If you have shot a fair amount of shotgun it's no issue to pick it up and put several slugs center mass at 15 yards.  If you haven't, well, good luck getting on paper.

That thing is awesome, but seriously the pump does add a small margin of safety...I can see this easily getting away from someone not paying attention and there goes your hand...MP5k thumb comes to mind.
