Deer Hunting Land Unit A, B, or L

Hey guys and gals...two buddies of mine and myself are looking for some land to hunt in Unit's A, B, or L...looking to tag a doe for the freezer.  We live in Unit C and our doe season closed today...long story short the private land owner we had an agreement with on hunting this year just before season opened said no does.  So we've got the Type 94 anterless tag and would like some meat for the freezer. Any advice on any public lands in these units (A, B, or L). We just want one doe each...not looking to slay them LOL.  We don't have a lot of experience outside of units C & D, we've hunted the Catoosa WMA quite a bit however.  I was just curious if anyone had some advice for us this late in the season...

Thanks for reading!

May be a bit far for you to drive but Standing Stone State Forest (about 8,800 acres) is in "B" and is about eat up with deer. (I live in Hilham about a mile from the forest). The terrain would be about what you are used to hunting (steep ridges, lots of creek valleys, and many cut over areas) and this time of year it is not hunted hard (at least in our area). Standing Stone State Park is in the State Forest and has rental cabins for a base of operations. The Forest has the same rules as Unit B so Does are fair game and there are hogs galore that can be harvested during Deer Season. Just a thought.
