2 guns stolen in Columbia, TN

Hey all,

Just a heads up for anyone in the downtown Columbia Area. My truck was broken into last night and my Sig P365 was stolen along with the carbon fiber iwb holster and the 12rd mag that was in it.  They also took my Hudson H9 with gray VZ Alien grips, but they left the holster and extra mags.  I am as positive as someone can be that I locked my truck; however there are zero signs of forced entry.  My driver's side door was ajar when I went to leave this morning.  They went through my wife's car and let the door the same way; however everything looks to be o.k. in her car. They also got into my neighbor's SUV and took his wallet and a big bag of change.

If anyone happens to run across these pistols in their visits to shops please call the Columbia PD or contact me through the forum and I'll double check the serial numbers then call the Columbia PD.

Sorry to hear about that, I try and not leave any weapons in the vehicle overnight, just in case.

I quite leaving guns in my vehicle when It reached that point in time that you could not leave a long un hanging on a window rack in the back window of your pick up. When I get in my vehicle my weapon gets in with me and wheen I get out my weapon gets out with me. Tom many car break ins these days to leave anything of value in your vehicle. Hope you get your property back........JMHO

Do you have a garage you can park in? I notice most of my neighbors have their garage so full of "stuff" they have to park outside. Garage parking would alleviate some of the worry. Sorry this happened to you.

Stopped leaving guns in the car when my S&W Mdl 10 got stolen out of my Cherokee back in 1995. What ever I am carrying stays with me now.
