I am going to thave to try this little artery clogger out.

I just wish they would make bacon in the same form as fruit roll ups.

That way I could carry a roll of bacon, and tear off what I want.

We have the technology, we just keep directing our efforts in the wrong places.

I'm thinking I might try one of these for the Super Bowl... what do you guys think, should I toss some shredded cheddar on top, or roll some up in it?

I make something similar on my Big Green Egg. Its called a "porkasm". Pork loin wrapped in sausage, wrapped in bacon.

When I read this thread earlie I downloaded the recipe and when I got home I shoved it under my wife's nose and said we are doing this Sunday.....with a grin she said "that's a heartattack waiting....but it will be good"

I make something similar on my Big Green Egg. Its called a "porkasm". Pork loin wrapped in sausage, wrapped in bacon.

Weird. When I tried to look at the article last night from the house, I was prompted to register. Tried checking it just now from the office, and it comes up fine.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.pork. I just forwarded this thread to a vegetarian friend of mine...she was not happy.....made me smile.
