I like my steaks rare, well seasoned but lightly done. No sauces should be needed. My wife was a well done steak eater when we met. Nine years later she has hers medium, it's been a slow process.

I've slowly been converting my wife as well. She used to think Pink or red meant you would get sick, now she's a solid medium person and associates the color with good flavor and texture.

I'm a Medium Rare guy at restaurants I'm not familiar with, in known good places or at home it's rare all the way, no sauce, etc. Salt & Pepper are all that's needed.

Eh. Most of us are the same (but smart) people posting repeatedly, so really its more like a page worth of people.

Love it. But, there's probably more cooked than raw on a sushi menu. All the shellfish is cooked. I like it all. But, if you wanna eat sushi without touching the raw stuff, just stick with shellfish and freshwater eel.

Heck YEAH!!! At least once a week, if I can get it!  Love Makino's on Kingston Pike and also Nama's, but they are expensive!!!

Not quite. Sushi means with rice. Sashimi is just the meat by itself.
