Burglar gets away with gun, money, & military gear from unlocked vehicles

Well I don't know why many people don't lock their doors but I know why I don't. Tired of sitting on broken glass and replacing drivers side door glass at my expense by thieves breaking them out at boat ramps at night. Now I don't lock them. actually leave one window down a little when it's not raining and don't keep anything I don't want stolen in the vehicle. It's not like this has not been in the news at least once a week about this stuff going on everywhere. Since i began leaving window down a little I have not had 1 side glass busted and not had anything taken from my Jeep Cherokee. he only thing I ever lost was a high dollar Stereo /DVD player they took out of dash so replaced it with one I can pull the face off of and take it fishing with me.  Lock um if you want to or just don't leave anything worth stealing in it..............JMHO

Before taking the thieves to jail when caught, they should be subject to a good asswhipping.  And make jail so bad and hard that they wont wanna go back, prison same.  Hard and tough isn't the same as ""cruel and unusual punishment  constitutionally.

Prisons have become resorts and jails are swingdoors. Neither one is what they should be and haven't been since early 70's!!!
