A friend bought the Shockwave in12 gauge and we had a great time at the range.I enjoyed it so much I sought out a 29 gauge. With No1 buck this little critter is my new   home defender. It is a really cool shotty that is a breeze to wield around and is easy to shoot well with some familiarity. Tons of destruction with reduced recoil compared to the 12. Field loads, pew, pew, pew!!!!! LOVE IT!!!

I had some jollies with a Shockwave in 12 gauge today.  Strange to shoot but good fun.

So, of course I went Rambo and started shooting one-handed.  Is it normal for this beast’s bolt to open when firing in such a manner?  I mean it would eject the shell 2/3’s of the time but would not go back far enough to rack a new round.

Wouldn'tthat just be the wacko 12 gage equivalent to limp wristing? Same concept anyway...

I got a 20 gauge today as a delayed Christmas present.  I'm waiting for a chance to shoot it!  This may become my truck gun.
