I was in my local shop looking at a couple of 410 doubles they had and then they showed me this   Not the least bit practical so I decided to hold off, hoping someone else will buy it :P

Ok so this is a shot gun that only holds 5 rounds so is it an assault weapon? I' m guessing the libs will because of the AR in the naming of it..............JMHO .   Pretty cool for sure and to think, they make a 4.10 slug in the 2.5 inch shells.

why?

Cuz some people are convinced with those videos of exploding watermelons and haven’t picked shot the wouldn’t even penetrate the sternum out of humans like I have. .410 is a horrible antipersonel round . Makes watermelons explode , though .

Some years ago a dealer friend of mine ended up with a .410 AR as part of another deal. Nobody wanted it, including him. Couldn't hardly give it away. A few years passed and someone finally made him a low ball offer and he jumped on it just to get rid of the thing.

It might sound cool now, but if you buy one you better intend to keep it forever.

I like .410 for carpenter bee skeet. I have been using my S&W Govenor. Not very good at it, but it is fun. Last week I got two but took 7 shoots to do it. Someone asked what happen when you hit one, I told them a direct hit and they disappear.

An AR might be fun for that but I think I will pass, already have the revolver, a lever and pump in .410.
