About to be Crappie time here in TN! A friend posted a picture yesterday of a very good mess he caught already. Seems a little early yet but it's coming, you guys ready?

I've got the boat and the "stuff" all ready, but this weather is playing he!! the conditions.  High water levels as well.

I'd Love to, but finding good crappie holes has been hard for me.  I had a place I went to that did pretty good, but after the flood it just doesn't produce anymore.  I was told of a new spot so I may try my hand there, I love me some crappie.

Yeah the weather is not cooperating at all. Me and a buddy are going to go out and give it a try next Saturday, if the weather permits.

i fished Super bowl Sunday for a couple hours and caught nine keepers, 8 of those keepers had formed eggs in them. I think this is going to be an early spawn. What worries me is the water fluctuation is going to keep this fish all screwed up.
