Is another guns & ammo shortage looming?

After a cursory survey, I have determined I do not need or want to stockpile anything new in case Newtown is replayed.

I expect most folks here are in the same position. In case you are not, you may want to get down to the local gun store and stock up, because it looks like rough times ahead.

I reload and cast my own, and I have plenty of consumable supplies.  And except for powder, the shortages didn't affect reloading supplies much, at least for what I shoot.

I really don’t care for these “go out and buy“ notices but I’m well over 21 and want for nothing.

I asked at Academy yesterday if they were seeing an increase in gun and ammo sales, and they said a slight increase.  Their ammo inventory did not appear to be lacking even in 22LR.
