M&p apex threaded barrel install issues

Can't really edit this very well on my phone.

1 pic is with the gun and the original barrel.

 

Other three pics are with the threaded barrel and it seems to fall foward get bound up when you lock the slide back. After the slide is pulled back the barrel is more forward and I can't rotate the takedown lever.
