Legal Heat CCW classes at Cabela's?

Has anyone looked into the classes Legal Heat runs at Cabela's. Looking into it, it is a 4 hour course with no range time or test. It says your permit will be issued from Utah or Arizona by mail. It says it covers Virginia too. Am I missing something? I know they are in Virginia, but it sounds like odd.

TN residents have to have TN permit. The legal heat course does not compare/substitute for the TN course.

Ok good to know. I need to get mine done this year. Just been dragging my feet since I can't carry 90% of the places I am at every day. The wife objects to me being armed most of the rest of the time.
