Man it would be nice to be able to carry in restaurants here in TN... I eat out quite often, and wish I could pack heat while doing so, especially if the place is downtown or in an "iffy" part of town.

Regarding MS carry in restaurants, obviously it is legal as long as the primary business is non alcohol related. I assume this also means that should you carry in a MS restaurant that sells alcohol, you can't partake in any of it right?. Can you be at a table with a pitcher of Margaritas as long as you are not drinking any of it?

Yes, they will go to the Judiciary committee. However it is actually the Criminal Practice and Procedure sub-committee of that committee where the bills have been killed each session.

Watch he made Naifeh chairman of that committee? :D
